Completely Closed

On December 19, 2011, six days before Christmas, our house caught fire. While the home was not completely destroyed, all of our supplies and tools are gone. We lost everything we could have used to make dice towers, adventure bags, dice boxes, or any other product we might have been able to offer before the fire.

We are currently working with the insurance company to replace the lost tools and supplies, and hope to be back up and selling products again by the end of summer 2012. We would love to offer more, but right now, we cannot fill any orders of any kind. We appreciate your patience, and look forward to getting back to work in a few months.

Closing Down - For Now

VixenTor Games started out very small, and while we did expand as the business expanded, it has always been, at its core, a family business. We shared all the responsibilities, from design and construction to shipping and accounting. We managed the company as a team, and through considerable effort and some excellent teamwork, we managed through all manner of adversities.

Unfortunately, a member of the family has recently been diagnosed with a serious, long-term illness. Recovery is not certain, and even if the illness proves survivable, it could be months - possibly years - before things will be back to anything like normal. The afflicted family member is an integral part of VixenTor Games, and it is becoming increasingly obvious that the company cannot continue without the entire team.

It is with some sadness that we must suspend business operations for the time being. We have long-term plans, and some great ideas, but we cannot possibly devote the attention to our ideas that they would require to be successful. At this point, even keeping up with regular orders has become impossible. While we definitely intend to return to business, it could be a while before that can happen. Unfortunately, we will have nothing to offer for sale until things change.

To everyone who has supported VixenTor Games over the last five years, we cannot begin to adequately express our gratitude. We have had a great time, and if things go well, we will be back before you've had a chance to miss us.
